Who We Are
Hat Creek Crawfish Company was the brainchild of two Warrior buddies who dreamed of more than just being brilliant attorneys. After very little consideration, they settled on the crawfish as the savior of their sanity.
The name “Hat Creek” is inspired by Augustus McCrae and Woodrow F. Call’s cattle emporium on “Lonesome Dove,” the greatest mini-series to ever grace network television.
Our tagline, “Uva uvam videndo varia fit” is a motto, it just says itself; and if you can tell us what those Latin words mean, the first round of bugs are on us.
